Here’s 100 Anatomy Concepts (apparently a really good anatomy review but I was too overwhelmed to go through it) reddit post and pdf in case the link is broken.
I got some of the explanations from user submitted stuff here. If you need answer explanations I scribbled in most of them and highlighted key stuff in the question. I think it’s helpful to transfer your answers to the pdf before you exit the block (and they disappear). Also I like to annotate things and I’m pretty sure this is allowed so here’s the Free120 in pdf form WITH THE ANSWERS!!! Don’t look if you haven’t done the real Free120 yet. I ended up taking screenshots of all my answers before leaving a block. There’s only the percentage you got correct. There isn’t a score report or a way to review. Click on the name of the product, and select any form listed as FREE: Comprehensive Basic Science (CBSSA) Forms 13, 15, 16, 17, and 19 Comprehensive Clinical Science (CCSSA) Form 7 Comprehensive Clinical Medicine (CCMSA) Form 5 Choose your preferred pacing mode (Standard or Self-paced). Once you leave a block you will not be able to go back and see what answers you selected at the end. HIGHLY RECOMMEND you at least do the tutorial before test day so you can add the tutorial time to your break time. the ONLY practice exam that mimics the format of the real deal, including the way highlighting works and the way murmurs are played. The Free 120 simulates the exact format of the USMLE Step 1, question style and length, and user interface (i.e how the screen looks, how break time looks, etc).
Looking back at these pdfs maybe one or two of the pictures were on the exam? But I could be thinking of the NBME form I did in the week prior. What is the NBME Free 120 The NBME free 120 is a set of 120 questions given by NBME that you can utilize within their web interface.
A friend who took it two weeks prior said there were word for word questions from the Free120 and pictures from the new NBME forms. At no point did I see a question on the exam and think “I’ve seen this before!” but also my memory doesn’t work like that and I may not have noticed. At the end I included some medical podcast recommendations just for the heck of it. I also included links to some of the stuff I remember people were struggling to find like 100 Anatomy Concepts and the high yield pictures.
